Through a partnership between Congresswoman Kat Chua and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), eligible residents of the First District can enroll in selected TESDA NC II training programs at no cost. Aside from free skills training, scholars will also receive a daily allowance and starter kits upon completing the program.

SM Scholarship Portal 2024



Hello 2024 batch! All you need to do is to go to their online application portal: https://scholarship.sm-foundation.org/ and make sure to register first. Upon registration, your personal information will be collected. Kindly complete the five steps (Personal Background, Academic Background, College Plan, Family Background, and Annual Aggregate Family Income).



SM Portal


The SM scholarship program is open to the for:

Grade 12 graduates from public and private schools in the areas covered. Applicants from private schools must have a DepEd voucher and must be Grade 10 finishers from public high schools.

With a General Weighted Average grade of at least 88% or its equivalent for Grade 12 – 1st semester; and

With a total household income of at most P250,000 per year.

The program covers the following field of studies: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, and Electronics), Education (Elementary and Secondary); Accountancy, and Financial Management, among others.
