The TESDA Regional  Training Center – NCR (RTC-NCR) is now accepting applications for the PV Systems Installation NC II  training program under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP). 

Qualified applicants can enjoy free training, free assessment, a training allowance, and the chance to earn a National Certificate (NC II) after successfully completing the program.

Training Duration: 39 Days (10 Days Online + 29 Days Face to Face)

These benefits are designed to help trainees gain industry-recognized skills without paying training and assessment fees.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the program, applicants must meet the following entry requirements:

At least 18 years old

Must have a Certificate of Indigency

Able to communicate both orally and in writing

Physically and mentally fit to undergo training

Applicants should also be prepared to undergo screening, an entrance examination, and verification of their qualifications. Keep in mind that submitting an application does not automatically guarantee admission.

Documentary Requirements

Prepare the following documents before applying:

Photocopy of Birth Certificate

Photocopy of High School or College School Record (Diploma or Transcript of Records)

Photocopy of Barangay Clearance or NBI Clearance

Photocopy of a valid government-issued ID with three specimen signatures

Photocopy of a Medical Certificate or Barangay Health Certificate stating that you are physically fit for TESDA training

Two recent 1×1 ID photos with a white background and formal attire

Certificate of Indigency
