The program is designed for individuals who want to learn professional aesthetic services while earning a recognized TESDA credential. Training & Certification

Prepare the following documents before applying:

Completed Registration Form

Five (5) A4-size photocopies of one valid ID with three handwritten signatures on each copy

Two (2) recent 1×1 ID photos with a white background

Two (2) photocopies of your PSA Birth Certificate

Two (2) photocopies of your Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

Two (2) copies of a Certificate of Training or Proof of Prior Knowledge (optional)
