Despite our advancing knowledge of the human body, there are many mysteries about it which haven’t been answered yet.

This is what a grieving sister believed after she shared the story of what happened to her brother on Facebook.

She begins by narrating that her brother wasn’t the type to usually get sick but March 11 became the official start of their personal hell. Her brother’s girlfriend called them that day to say that he had a high fever, preventing him from going home.

The following day, she accompanied her brother to the doctor to get a check-up. The only pain he felt was a headache so the doctor gave him medicines to address that. Things seemed to be back to normal but on March 15, the headache came back so he was forced to take a bed rest.

Everything became progressively worse when she heard her mom scream the next day. The sister opened the room to see their mother hold her brother as he convulsed and they immediately went to the emergency room. The doctor informed them that he had to be admitted to the I.C.U., signalling that his condition wasn’t great.

They managed to conquer seizures and high fevers. They believed everything was going to be fine since the doctors told them that her brother was stable. However, while she was at work, the woman’s mother called and informed her of her brother’s critical condition. They arrived at the hospital with the doctors already performing CPR for 30 minutes. Both of them pleaded for the doctors to continue but after one hour, they knew that he was gone.
