At a young age of 15, Bugoy is being subjected to pregnancy rumors.
Every netizen is most likely to have heard about the Hashtags member allegedly impregnating his girlfriend, University of Santo Tomas volleyball player, Ej Laurel. It all started with a particular tweet from the latter’s mom, Jovie.
She was quoted as saying:
“Di na ba naumay paulit ulit lang, kami nga tanggap, okaw pa ba? Life is too short to be negative, Positive lang its a blessing at enjoy lang ang life. Xoxo”
Moreover, it certainly didn’t help the issue when netizens started to notice Bugoy’s absence in “It’s Showtime”, as well as EJ not playing this season of the UAAP.
It can be recalled that early of last month, the volleyball player has already squashed the rumors stating she was pregnant during her interview with ABS-CBN.
She said,
“Hindi naman totoo ‘yung sinasabi nila. (Pero) nasa kanila na lang ‘yun, kung ano ang gusto nilang sabihin. Kasi siyempre, tao din naman sila, may sarili silang opinion.”
As for Bugoy, however, he only needed a few words and a series of emojis to debunk the speculations. Yesterday, March 10, the Hashtags member took to Twitter to voice his apparent reaction to the pregnancy rumors. He wrote:
“HAHAHAHAHA [sic] tatawanan ko nalang kayooooo [sic]”
