Current condition of Billy Crawford has raised concern among netizens

BILLY CRAWFORD – Netizens couldn’t help but raise concerns about the noticeably thinner appearance of the television host.

A widely shared video featuring Billy eating a meal sparked discussions about his health. Several comments suggested that Billy looked unwell, with some noting his weight loss and prominent dark circles under his eyes.

However, other viewers attributed his weight change to a positive lifestyle shift, speculating that it was due to him quitting his vices. A fan mentioned that it is common for the body to initially react to the absence of substances like alcohol and cigarettes, but reassured that recovery is expected over time.

Some reminded others that Billy’s lean physique is also part of his requirements as a performer, especially as a dancer. In 2022, Billy openly shared his decision to give up his unhealthy habits for his family’s sake. He emphasized the importance of focusing on what matters most, particularly his family, since becoming a father required him to be more responsible and healthy.

Meanwhile, Billy Joe Ledesma Crawford is a multi-talented artist known for his work as an actor, musician, singer, comedian, dancer, and television host. His career, spanning from his childhood in 1986 to the present, has seen him excel in various entertainment sectors both locally and internationally.

His international breakthrough came when he performed as a backup dancer for Michael Jackson at the 1995 MTV Video Music Awards.

“Siya yung sumungab sakin if you look closely, hindi buo yung video tinulak ko siya after niyan and maaga pa yan,” ani Rosales.

“The truth will prevail, social media fabricates the story too much I wish you were here tin! Sama sama padin tayo. Alam mo ikaw ang tranny ng barkada let’s prove to them what really happened,” ani Rosales.

1

Aniya,

"I'm physically prepared to donate plasma. Also, I'm calling for patients who are in a situation similar to me to donate their plasma. I believe patients who have overcome a difficult period would like to try their best to help other patients."

“(The result) is still within a few hours. This is a PCR-based and not serum-based like (the ones released that are like) pregnancy test kits. We don’t use a serum-based test for diagnosis… The measures China took at the start of the Covid-19 epidemic were the right ones and in fact, we have adopted it – the complete isolation of communities because it’s the only way. Or as our president says, ‘We need to starve the virus of victims. The one who showed the way is China,” saad naman ni Foreign Affairs Secretary Locsin.

Vice President Leni Robredo complained about how the government seems to focus too much on maintaining the law and order amid the community quarantine in Metro Manila instead of giving their attention to the health workers treating COVID-19 patients.

In her radio program “Biserbisyong Leni” the Vice President cited that the government should give more of their support to the health workers because the COVID-19 outbreak is a health concern and not a peace and order issue.

She also suggested that the government should create another sub-committee in the IATF-EID that will focus on the people affected by the community quarantine.

On her social media post, she also asked her followers to help the health workers by sending donations to them.

The Vice President clarified that they’re not accepting cash donations, that’s why she asked them to deposit the money to their private partner “Kaya Natin! Movement for Good Governance and Ethical Leadership.”

Several groups also criticized the action of the government to deploy soldiers and cops during the community quarantine period.

The community quarantine in Metro Manila came into effect on March 15.

Thousands of Philippine National Police (PNP) and Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) members were deployed in different locations in Metro Manila to ensure that all people that are going inside and outside of Manila are not showing symptoms of COVID-19.

According to the reports, there are 200 checkpoints placed in different entry-points of Metro Manila.

"It’s just a matter of protecting and defending you from COVID-19. That’s about it. It has nothing to do with the power of the military or the police, nor my power or these guys beside me. It’s just an issue of protecting public interest," paliwanag ni Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte nitong Huwebes.

"It’s a serious one. It is true, ‘wag ninyong maliitin (do not belittle it). Do not minimize it. But as I said, do not kill yourself with worry because as I said, the government is doing everything to make it at least controllable," ayon pa kay Pangulong Duterte.

"Avoid trouble with the law, avoid trouble with anybody. Just follow. Better just stay home and study.

“NCR is the political and economic capital of the Philippines. The economy will grind to a halt as the flow of goods and people from the provinces to NCR, and vice versa, will be affected,”

“Preventing travel to and from Metro Manila with only 52 cases as this point is a textbook case of overreaction. This drastic measure will only result in panic and hoarding of goods,” dagdag pa nito.

“The poor and the vulnerable sectors will be heavily-disadvantaged under this scenario, as they don’t have the resources to cope with any shortage of food and other necessities,” saad pa ng senador.

“The solution lies in more testing of the population and strict containment of heavily-affected areas… The time is not ripe for placing entire communities, cities, and provinces under lockdown. Lockdown should be the last resort,” pahayag pa nito.

In time for President Rodrigo Duterte’s third State of the Nation Address (SONA) tomorrow where he is expected to report all the achievements of his administration for the past two years, Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri’s interview about the proper dissemination of good news once again went viral on social media.

In the said interview, Zubiri called out the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) particularly Secretary Martin Andanar to be more active in spreading the accomplishments of the Duterte administration.

He said that negative information including crime, corruption, and anomalies are always in the news leading people to be frustrated and neglect the many achievements of the Duterte administration.

Zubiri cited an example when he visited Mindanao and learned that most of the people there are not aware of the recently-passed Republic Act 10932 Anti-Hospital Deposit Law which together with the free medicines in government-owned clinic and hospitals.

He added that the Mindanaoans are also not aware of the free-tuition fee law for state universities and colleges signed by President Duterte.

“Ang daming nasasayang na good news,” he added.

Zubiri said that the PCOO should be more active in countering the mainstream media in spreading negative and depressing news leading people to assume that only bad things are happening under the Duterte administration.

“We appeal to the PCOO and Secretary Andanar to promote the good news. Kasi parati nalang bad news nakikita ng ating kababayan, syempre nafufrustrate sila.” Zubiri said.

During the week, a Filipina named Jenny Torres became social media’s favorite meme after she was caught on video saying “you’re road” (she actually meant to say you’re rude) to Larry Passariello, her foreign beau. This came about after Larry refused to eat the lechon that Jenny’s family so graciously prepared.

Many online users got curious about the identity of Jenny. Apparently, she and her boyfriend are part of the TLC docu-series “90 Day Fiancé.” The show depicts couples who only have 90 days to wed before the foreign partner’s visa expires.

She actually said “you’re road.” We promise.

Recently, Jenny and Larry’s story went viral.

Larry, for some reason, wasn’t too delighted to eat lechon, which prompted Jenny to call him out for his road — sorry, rude — behavior. We all know how Filipinos value food and Larry’s gesture was seen as quite a shocker by Jenny’s family.

After Jenny told Larry “You’re road,” netizens couldn’t help but point out how she mispronounced the word. Unfortunately, that wasn’t all she was criticized for as some netizens also accused her of being a gold digger simply because she has a foreigner lover.

With his love for Jenny in mind, Larry took to Facebook to defend his beloved from her bashers. He wrote:
