KC Concepcion and Kisses Delavin, who affectionately address each other as “sisters,” recently spent time together at Manila’s historic walled area, Intramuros. KC published a snippet of their tour on her official Instagram page, showing both of them, along with the driver, all-smiles while on-board a pedicab (cycle rickshaw).
In November of 2017, Kisses graced the morning talk-show “Magandang Buhay” in celebration of her birthday. She was touched after the program’s hosts pulled out a surprise video of KC giving Kisses a heartwarming birthday message. KC was quoted as saying:
“Please know na lagi kang welcome dito sa bahay ko and lagi kitang ite-text at tatawagan anytime. I love very much and siyempre I will always be a big supporter of yours. I believe in you. Reach your dreams, girl.”
In the same interview, Kisses Delavin disclosed how she became friends with KC Concepcion. According to her, they became pals after they both endorsed the same hair product. The “Pinoy Big Brother” (PBB) alum also shared that she did not expect to grow so close to the person who she now calls her “Ate.”
“I feel like I can’t reach her kasi sobrang big star na po siya. And then kinausap ko siya, sabi ko, ‘Hi ate KC.’ Tapos biglang midnight na. Ang tagal-tagal po namin nagkuwentuhan doon.”
Their Intramuros trip was actually not the first time that they went out together. They have previously attended concerts and dined out together.
“Hindi man siya naging here for me before pa ako mag-‘PBB,’ ngayon lang nag-cross ‘yung paths namin, pero sabi niya, ‘I am here for you starting here and as you go along in life.’ Na-touch po ako.”
